Is there still a paper arrival card?

The camera reads the MRZ at the bottom of the passport. Hold still for a moment and it recognizes automatically.
- Use good light so the photo page is clearly visible.
- If recognition fails, you can pick a photo from the gallery.

You can also add family or travel companions in Passport manager. Save once and reuse on later trips — install EKCOW to use it.

Connect a social account
Connect Google or Kakao for account security and recovery. You can use the app as soon as it is linked.
- If you signed up with the same passport before, we can restore that profile.
- After that, Autofill is available from Smart Border on Home.
Smart Border
Pick a country and the form is filled
Open Smart Border from Home and tap Autofill for your destination. We fill the official arrival or departure form from the saved passport.
Available now for Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Cambodia, Laos, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and India. More countries are added, so check the latest list in the app.

- If you have not added a passport yet, use Passport scan on the next screen.

Prepare, then tap Autofill for a country
Use Prepare above to scan or manage passports. In the Countries list, tap Autofill for the country you will visit.
- Test mode is practice only. Nothing is submitted.

Details are filled on the official form
EKCOW fills name, passport number, and similar fields on the government page. A short status message appears while it runs.
- Sensitive Yes/No items such as health or security must be chosen by you. The app does not answer them.
- Empty fields are filled; values already on the form are not overwritten.

Frequently asked questions
Is the passport photo stored on the server?
No. Passport photos are not stored anywhere. Only the minimum data needed for sign-up and autofill is encrypted.
I already have an account but no passport.
Add it under Home → Smart Border → Prepare → Passport scan. It is the same scan and confirm flow as login.
Does every field fill automatically?
Fields read from the passport — name, passport number, nationality — are filled. Health and security questions must be answered by you.
Can I practice first?
Tap Smart Border test under Prepare. It is a demo and is not submitted to a government site.
