Start business sign-up from Home
Open the “Are you a business owner?” card on the home screen. You will see Google linking, menu help, and listing benefits at a glance.

Find your listing on Google
Pick a country and area, then type the business name. We load the Google listing into the application.
- Suggestions appear as you type.
- Selecting a row fills name, address, and phone.
- If it is missing, use Search for a wider look.
- Not on Google? Use Sign up manually at the bottom.

Matching the Google Maps name and address makes search faster.

Confirm the listing and apply
Check name, address, phone, rating and the Google link, agree to the Business service terms, and submit.
- Make sure the Google data matches the real shop.
- Rating and link badges help you review at a glance.
- After you agree, tap “Apply with this business”.

Application received and under review
Track status on Application status. An admin reviews the Google listing and sends the result.
- Right after submit you see “Application received” and In review.
- Business name and date show on the status screen.
- Approve or decline arrives as an in-app push.
- After approval, continue in My page > My business.
Timing
Review usually takes 1–3 business days. You can open status any time while you wait.
Manual sign-up
Not on Google — sign up manually
If you are not on Google or not in search results, use “Sign up manually (enter details)”. Required fields are enough to apply. Upload a menu photo and EKCOW registers the menu.
- Tap Sign up manually at the bottom of the apply screen.
- Agree to terms, answer a short survey, then category, location, profile, photos, and contacts.
- Attach shop photos and owner verification photos (license, owner, or staff). Verification photos are for admins only and are not shown publicly.
- Optional menu photos let us enter names and prices. Shoot so names and prices are readable.
- Hours, orders, delivery, payments are set after approval in My business.

When approved, open the profile icon at the top right of Home, then My page > My business. Menus, orders, reservations, and staff tools live there.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Google apply and manual sign-up?
Google apply pulls an existing listing so you type very little. Manual sign-up is for shops not on Google. Menu-photo help works for both.
Where do I manage the business after approval?
Home → My page → My business for staff, menu, orders, reservations, and insights. The menu is hidden before approval.
How long does approval take?
Usually 1–3 business days after an admin reviews. Google apply checks the listing; manual sign-up also checks owner verification photos.
My Google listing does not show up.
Check the name and area, or tap Search. If it is still missing, use Sign up manually.
Do I have to type the whole menu?
No. For manual sign-up, a menu photo is enough. Clear names and prices speed things up. You can edit later in My business.
Are owner verification photos public?
No. They are for admin review only. Google apply does not need those photos.
