Business Service Terms

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and business operators (“Businesses”) in connection with the business services (“Services”) provided by EKCOW (the “Company”), and other necessary matters.

Business Services include registration, listing, order/reservation intermediation, and business management features for local restaurants, massage, lodging, and similar businesses. Business fees may be waived under onboarding promotions; subscription fees may be introduced with prior notice. The Services apply to businesses located in the Republic of Korea and businesses located abroad (including those operated by overseas Korean residents or local operators). Order, reservation, and delivery conditions, cancellation, refund, and no‑show policies are governed by the separate “Transaction & Intermediary Terms.”

Article 2 (Definitions)

New onboarding promotion and official service

Business Services operate as an official service. Promotions such as waived onboarding or registration fees may apply. Details are announced in the Service.

The Company may change all or part of the Services for operational or technical reasons. Where material changes occur to content, usage, or hours, the Company will post the reason, new content, and effective date on the service home screen at least 7 days in advance.

5.1 Service provision

The Company strives to provide the Services continuously and stably and to restore service promptly when failures occur.

5.2 Protection of information

The Company manages business information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and does not provide it to third parties without consent.

The Company will announce fee policies at least 30 days before billing starts and will notify changes in advance.

7.1 Force majeure

The Company is exempt from liability for service interruption due to force majeure or equivalent events.

7.2 Business fault

The Company is not liable for service disruption attributable to the Business.

Article 8 (Changes to these Terms)

The Company may change these Terms when necessary. Changes take effect upon notice on the service home screen. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Services; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Article 9 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes between the Company and Businesses shall be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
