업체 서비스 이용약관

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 EKCOW(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 업체 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 업체 운영자(이하 "업체") 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

업체 서비스에는 현지 식당, 마사지, 숙박업체 등의 등록·노출·주문·예약·배달 중개 및 업체 관리 기능이 포함됩니다. 베타 기간 중 업체 이용료는 무료로 제공되며, 정식 서비스 전환 시 업체 이용료(구독·과금)가 도입될 수 있습니다. 서비스 적용 대상은 국내(대한민국)에 소재한 업체와 국외에 소재한 업체(해외 교민 또는 현지인이 운영하는 업체 포함)를 포함합니다. 주문·예약·배달 이용조건, 취소·환불·노쇼 정책 등은 별도의 「거래·중개 이용약관」을 따릅니다.

제2조 (용어의 정의)

• 업체 서비스: 회사가 제공하는 업체(식당, 마사지, 숙박 등) 등록, 노출, 메뉴·직원·예약·주문·리뷰 관리, 통계 분석, 주문·예약·배달 중개 및 관련 부가 서비스를 의미하며, 국내 업체 및 국외에 소재한 업체(해외 교민·현지인 운영 업체 포함)에 제공됩니다.
• 베타 서비스: 서비스의 정식 출시 전 시범 운영 기간을 의미합니다.
• 운영 전환: 베타 서비스 종료 후 정식 서비스로 전환되는 시점을 의미합니다.
• 과금: 업체 서비스 이용에 대한 구독·이용료를 의미합니다.

제3조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)

3.1 서비스 제공

회사는 다음의 서비스를 제공합니다:

• 업체 정보 등록 및 관리
• 업체 정보 노출 및 검색
• 메뉴·영업시간 등 운영 정보 관리
• 직원 등록 및 권한 관리 (업종·설정에 따라 제공)
• 테이블 관리 (매장 식사) 및 룸·유닛 관리 (숙박)
• 주문·예약 접수 및 관리
• 리뷰 및 평점 관리
• 통계 및 분석 기능
• 업체 문의 게시글 채팅
• 배달 관리 (추후 제공 예정, 고객 배달 주문 중개는 「거래·중개 이용약관」 참고)
• 업체 쿠폰 발행·관리 (추후 제공 예정, 회사 이벤트 쿠폰은 별도 운영)
• 기타 회사가 추가로 개발하거나 제휴계약 등을 통해 제공하는 일체의 서비스

3.2 서비스의 변경

회사는 운영상, 기술상의 필요에 따라 제공하고 있는 전부 또는 일부 서비스를 변경할 수 있습니다. 서비스의 내용, 이용방법, 이용시간에 대하여 변경이 있는 경우에는 변경사유, 변경될 서비스의 내용 및 제공일자 등을 그 적용일자 7일 이전부터 서비스 초기화면에 게시하여 사전 공지합니다.

제4조 (업체의 의무)

4.1 정보 제공의 의무

업체는 서비스 이용을 위해 다음의 정보를 정확하게 제공해야 합니다:

• 업체명, 업체 소개, 연락처 정보
• 업체 위치 정보 (주소, 지도 좌표)
• 영업시간, 메뉴·서비스 항목 및 가격 정보
• 주문·결제 관련 정보 (현장 결제, 계좌이체, QR 결제 등 업체가 설정한 결제 수단)
• 업체 사진 및 기타 필요한 정보

4.2 정보 변경의 의무

업체는 등록한 정보에 변경사항이 발생한 경우 지체 없이 정보를 수정해야 합니다. 정보 미수정으로 인한 불이익은 업체가 부담합니다.

4.3 금지행위

업체는 다음의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다:

• 허위 정보 등록
• 타인의 권리를 침해하는 정보 등록
• 법령 또는 공서양속에 반하는 행위
• 서비스의 안정적 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 기타 회사가 정한 이용약관에 위반하는 행위

제5조 (회사의 의무)

5.1 서비스 제공의 의무

회사는 지속적이고 안정적으로 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력하며, 서비스에 장애가 발생한 경우 신속하게 복구하도록 노력합니다.

5.2 정보 보호의 의무

회사는 업체의 정보를 보호하기 위해 개인정보처리방침에 따라 관리하며, 업체의 동의 없이 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

5.3 과금 정책 공지의 의무

회사는 운영 전환 시 과금 정책을 최소 30일 전에 공지하며, 과금 정책 변경 시 변경사항을 사전에 공지합니다.

제6조 (서비스 이용의 제한 및 중지)

회사는 다음의 경우 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 중지할 수 있습니다:

• 업체가 본 약관을 위반한 경우
• 허위 정보 등록 등 부정한 방법으로 서비스를 이용한 경우
• 서비스의 안정적 운영을 방해하는 행위를 한 경우
• 법령 또는 공서양속에 반하는 행위를 한 경우
• 기타 회사가 정한 이용약관에 위반하는 경우

제7조 (면책 조항)

7.1 서비스 제공의 중단

회사는 천재지변 또는 이에 준하는 불가항력으로 인하여 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 서비스 제공에 관한 책임이 면제됩니다.

7.2 업체의 귀책사유

회사는 업체의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용의 장애에 대하여는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제8조 (약관의 변경)

회사는 필요한 경우 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 서비스 초기화면에 공지함으로써 효력을 발생합니다. 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않으실 경우 서비스 이용을 중단하실 수 있으며, 약관 변경 후에도 계속 서비스를 이용하시는 경우 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

제9조 (준거법 및 재판관할)

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율되고 해석되며, 회사와 업체 간에 발생한 분쟁에 대하여는 민사소송법상의 관할법원에 제소합니다.

Business Service Terms

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and business operators (“Businesses”) in connection with the business services (“Services”) provided by EKCOW (the “Company”), and other necessary matters.

Business Services include registration, listing, order/reservation intermediation, and business management features for local restaurants, massage, lodging, and similar businesses. Business subscription fees are free during Beta and may be introduced after transition to official service. The Services apply to businesses located in the Republic of Korea and businesses located abroad (including those operated by overseas Korean residents or local operators). Order, reservation, and delivery conditions, cancellation, refund, and no‑show policies are governed by the separate “Transaction & Intermediary Terms.”

Article 2 (Definitions)

• Business Services: Registration, listing, menu/staff/order/reservation/review management, statistics, intermediation of orders, reservations, and delivery, and related ancillary services for businesses (restaurants, massage, lodging, etc.), provided to domestic and overseas Businesses.
• Beta Service: Trial operation before official launch.
• Transition: The point at which the Service moves from Beta to official service.
• Fees: Business subscription or usage charges for the Services.

Article 3 (Provision and change of Services)

3.1 Services

The Company provides the following:

• Business information registration and management
• Listing and search
• Menu, hours, and operating information management
• Staff registration and permission management (where applicable by category/settings)
• Table management (dine‑in) and room/unit management (lodging)
• Order and reservation intake and management
• Reviews and ratings management
• Statistics and analytics
• Post‑based business inquiry chat
• Delivery management (to be provided; customer delivery intermediation is governed by the Transaction & Intermediary Terms)
• Business coupon issuance and management (to be provided; company event coupons are operated separately)
• Any other services added or provided through partnerships

3.2 Changes

The Company may change all or part of the Services for operational or technical reasons. Where material changes occur to content, usage, or hours, the Company will post the reason, new content, and effective date on the service home screen at least 7 days in advance.

Article 4 (Business obligations)

4.1 Accurate information

Businesses must provide accurate information including:

• Business name, description, contact information
• Location (address, map coordinates)
• Hours, menu/service items, and pricing
• Order/payment information (on‑site, bank transfer, QR payment, etc., as configured by the Business)
• Photos and other required information

4.2 Updates

Businesses must promptly update information when it changes. The Business bears any disadvantage from failure to update.

4.3 Prohibited conduct

Businesses must not:

• Register false information
• Register information that infringes third‑party rights
• Act unlawfully or against public order
• Interfere with stable operation of the Services
• Violate other terms set by the Company

Article 5 (Company obligations)

5.1 Service provision

The Company strives to provide the Services continuously and stably and to restore service promptly when failures occur.

5.2 Protection of information

The Company manages business information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and does not provide it to third parties without consent.

5.3 Notice of fees

The Company will announce fee policies at least 30 days before transition and will notify changes in advance.

Article 6 (Restriction or suspension)

The Company may restrict or suspend use where:

• The Business breaches these Terms
• The Business used the Services fraudulently
• The Business interfered with stable operation
• The Business acted unlawfully or against public order
• Other violations of Company rules apply

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

7.1 Force majeure

The Company is exempt from liability for service interruption due to force majeure or equivalent events.

7.2 Business fault

The Company is not liable for service disruption attributable to the Business.

Article 8 (Changes to these Terms)

The Company may change these Terms when necessary. Changes take effect upon notice on the service home screen. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Services; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Article 9 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes between the Company and Businesses shall be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
