Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set forth rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users regarding location‑based services provided by EKCOW (the “Company”) and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Official service and location data)

EKCOW operates as an official service. We continuously stabilize and improve location-based and translation-statistics features. Changes to location processing will be announced in advance under this Policy and the Privacy Policy.

Article 3 (Effect and changes)

  1. These Terms take effect when a user applies for the Service or, as a subject of personal location information, agrees to these Terms and the Company accepts.
  2. If the Company changes the Terms, it will announce the change and effective date via the app or website.
  3. Users may refuse to agree to changes; if they do not agree, they may stop using the Service and withdraw.

Article 4 (Purposes of collection and use)

  2. If the user breaches these Terms and causes damage to the Company, the user shall compensate the Company.
